OfficeKiln makes the paperwork of a well-run office. Fourteen tools, all live: travel itineraries, day sheets, working group lists, board packs, closing binders, letterhead with a full document suite, meeting minutes, purchase orders, expense reports, debt payoff plans, moving quote comparisons, a baby's first year budget, a rental property cash flow calculator, and a wedding budget calculator. Every tool assembles its document inside your own browser: no uploads, no accounts, and it keeps working with the internet unplugged.
Why it exists
These documents are usually made by hand, under time pressure, by the person who runs the desk - and the free sites offering to help all want the material uploaded first. For office work that is backwards. An itinerary is a principal's movements. A board pack is the company's numbers. The confidential heart of a business should never ride through a stranger's server to get formatted.
OfficeKiln was built by people who spent a decade running desks for principals in investment banking, private equity, and advertising. The tools make the documents we used to make by hand, to the standard the corner office expects - and the formats are the real thing, not a template site's guess.
The Kiln family
OfficeKiln is the fifth Kiln utility, alongside FileKiln (file converters), GradeKiln (GPA calculators), ShapeKiln (design generators), and MakerKiln (workshop calculators). All five run on the same principle: the work happens in your browser, and what you type is nobody's business but yours.
