Your documents
Nothing you type or paste into a tool is ever sent to us. Itineraries, schedules, names, confirmation numbers - all of it is assembled inside your browser tab and goes only where you print, save, or paste it. There is no upload endpoint; unplug the internet after the page loads and every tool still works.
Email updates
The home page has a box for email updates. That box is separate from the tools. If you type your email address there and press the button, the address goes to Kit, the email service we use to send the updates, and nothing else goes with it. We send a short email when something new is out, about once a month, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell, rent or share the list. To have your address deleted, write to us at the contact address below.
Local storage
Tools remember your drafts and your light/dark theme choice using your browser's local storage, so the page is the way you left it next time. That data lives on your device only. Clearing your browser's site data for officekiln.com removes it completely - so does each tool's Clear button.
Third-party requests
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when a page loads. If advertising is enabled on this site, ads are served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies or similar technologies as described in Google's partner sites policy; you can control personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. We do not run our own analytics or tracking scripts.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations, as virtually all web hosts do. We do not use these to identify visitors.
